23 - [spoilers] Inappropriate Vowrawn

Most members of the Dark Council take themselves very seriously, but Vowrawn seems downright jolly.  What is he even doing there?

He also has the exact same hair as Quinn--that must be why he likes him so much

In the game, you can either tell Quinn you forgive him completely, imply that you may never forgive him, or ignore his efforts and say nothing about it.  I wanted an option to say that I liked what he was doing, I just needed more.

Unfortunately, you can easily miss this dialog if you take Quinn with you, since then he can't be on the ship to help Vowrawn escape.
